Re: Taking the plunge

Would be nice to share a cuppa irl eh @Zoe7 @Former-Member @Shaz51 @Former-Member @Gazza75

Pacing yourself sounds good @Zoe7 I understand having it done puts your mind at ease, which makes relaxing later more doable.

Im going to call it a night, head under my electric blanket and watch a bit of tv and relax a bit. Good night everyone. Sleep/rest well. 💜💕💜💕💜

Re: Taking the plunge

Oh yes @Zoe7 ... I think you're right ... chocolate cake is perfect. And we have the more healthy fruit to go with it. Love my berries, but love choccy more. Perfect combination I have to say. That picture looks so real ... as though I could reach in there and eat that luscious looking cake. Perhaps @Former-Member may like to share too? How are you doing this evening?

Good night @Maggie .. and thank you. Hi @Shaz51 and @Gazza75 who I have seen behind the support button again. Yeah I know you're only on your mobile, and thats okay. I can see that you are listening, and thats just fine.

Re: Taking the plunge

Sounds good indeed @Zoe7 .

I can make it even better and suggest I put the cricket on the big screen from 8pm. Ha ha ha 🤣 Yeah I know its not for everyone, especially the test cricket. One good thing is that it may help you all get to sleep? @Maggie @Former-Member Test cricket apparently does that for some people. Cannot understand that myself, because I love it, almost as much as the AFL. Speaking of which ... Swannies play tomorrow. I think you follow the Swans dont you @Gazza75 ? And maybe the cricket as well? When do your Lions play @Zoe7 ?

Re: Taking the plunge

I like the cricket to @Former-Member, day 1 wasn't good for us though. Going to be hard without Smith.

Yep I follow swans.

Re: Taking the plunge

Yes it will be hard without Smithy @Gazza75 . I cannot fathom why Starc hasnt got a game yet ... do you know? Maybe he's injured but they just arent reporting it. He should be playing in my opinion, and stirring up the Pommies a bit, like their West Indian import (Joffra Archer) is doing to us. My opinion is that Starc is our second best bowler after Cummins, and should be playing if he's fit. Besides that he always does better with consistent work, he goes backwards from being rested. Dont know, it just doesnt make sense to not play him. They talk about rotation of bowlers, but this is the third test already.
