Re: Taking the plunge
You are sounding weary @Zoe7 lots and lots of homework as well as housework, and planning. Resting with the game will be good.
Hummm the pigs ear is dangerous territory, she can be all dog when food is involved. Lol.
I have my electric blanket on, nice and warm now.💕💜☕️☕️☕️Leaving a warm coffee for you to sit with.

Re: Taking the plunge
I am feeling weary @Maggie but still a lot to get done. I hope I get my second wind later and can get stuck into it again but for right now I am worn out
Hopefully we will have a win today and that will boost me up a little tonight ![]()
It sounds cosy with the electric blanket on and you snuggled in keeping warm
Does Mags sleep on the bed? Toby does but he can't jump up so I have to pick him up lol

Re: Taking the plunge
@Zoe7 Oh yes, It’s Her bed that I get to share. Lol. She gets right under the blankets with me. She has little steps, so gets on and off easily.
I hope you have a win today. Snuggle up with your babies and get a bit of a breather. You work very hard @Zoe7 at school and away from school for school.💕💜

Re: Taking the plunge
Just had a lay down again to try to settle my stomach @Maggie @Former-Member - it helped a little.
Going to head off and get some washing on before the footy comes on soon. Will check in with you both later.
Thanks for the company this afternoon - love and hugs to you both (and @Former-Member when you pass by here too Hon) ![]()

Re: Taking the plunge
Ha ha ha ... @Maggie, I totally get how your little Maggie-May allows you to share HER bed. Holly is the same, and yep, gets right under the blankets and nestles in the crook of my arm usually. Though if she gets a bit too warm, she pokes her head out the top of the blankets and rests her head on my pillow.
I read something only in the last few days that people actually sleep much better with their pet dogs, than they do with their partners. So the partners are getting the boot in favour of the dog! Apparently cats are quite different, and are just as difficult to sleep with as our partners are. 🤣 Incidentally my Holly is a very agile long legged little 5kg puppy and has no problems bounding up onto the bed by herself, whenever she wants.
Hey @Zoe7, I expect you are well into your two footy matches right now. I note that Brisbane Lions and Parramatta Eels are playing at pretty much the same time today. No doubt you'll be switching during the break to see how your Eels are going. Your Lions are doing pretty good up to this point. Far better than my Swannies at any rate. My Raiders play tomorrow, and it will be a tough one against the Roosters, a top 4 clash. Dont know what the weather in Canberra is doing since the snow there last night during the GWS match. Maybe more snow in tomorrows Raiders game?
Zoe, pleased your brief lie down resulted in settling your tummy somewhat. Thats the second time now over the last couple of days, I think? You mentioned IBS, which can be an ongoing problem. Do you take anything for it?
So good @Former-Member that D seems much better, though it wont hurt her to have a lie down after an eventful evening. Hope after a lie down she can get those assignments out of the way and off her mind.
Sherry 🌸
