I did sleep eventually @Maggie
after taking extra meds to switch off.
Trouble is they cause terrible drowsiness the next day.
Need to stop taking them. That's hard though.
Let's hope we sleep better tonight

@Former-Member I think I did something wrong, but the white arrow on the pic takes my iPad to the song. Might have another go. I found sleeping pills did that too, made me tired all the following day. I hardly get any sleep, but pretty much used to it now, but would love a nights sleep every now and then. I hope you get a few hrs tonight. Night night.

What are you planning to do tomorrow?
I have the lawnmower man coming at 9am. And then my case manager from Mind coming at 1pm. This will be the first time I've met her. She's meant to come with me for a walk. But it will be soooo hot by then. Will wait and see what happens.
Need to call the passport office to make sure my sons passport will arrive early this week. Then talk to ghe Nepalese Embassy to see if we can get a rush on his Visa. All very rushed.

You've got a busy day planned .
No plans here, but because school is over, I'm usually chauffeur. Although alot of daughter's friends have their license now. Makes it easier for me, but I tend to hide away more.
Will make effort to go out, even if it's an afternoon walk at beach. Should food shop too.
Party planning again this week.
Trying to makethis time of year a bit more pleasant for daughter.
So planning party for her and her friends.
Lots of tidying etc. Good distraction for me too.
It's a tough time for alot if people
