As for acceptance @Maggie - I only finally accept something that adversely effects my mental, physical and spiritual health after I have moved heaven and hell doing everything in my power to change it. What I cannot change I find ways each day to carry it to the best of my ability one day at a time, making the most of life carrying this cross. Sometimes I worry too much (about husband's health) or dwell on my negative feelings/fears and can bring certain anxieties and depression on myself. I don't accept this - I will work on being more positive and on my faith to improve my mental state. Just my stubborn nature 😄

@Former-Member The day is almost over, something I'm greatful for. My curtains are up, I'll post a pic. I have three more windows in this room to go, just waiting on the rod sale. I'm so greatful you have the love of your husband and your strong faith, both will bring you through. 💞💞

@CheerBear Did you find a good coffee shop? I hope your day was bearable, now you have the weekend and LF to entertain. I hope you get a rest in, I know it won't be a sleep in. Thankyou for all you have said today, what a journey. I actually said to my counsellor today ' is this REALLY survival...REALLY....' Its just so very painful, beyond words. 💓💓💓
