Re: Taking the plunge

@Maggie,can't get into it because I get triggered, but my life is my depression, continual state of no happiness, oppression and nothing going right.Getting distressed so have to leave it there.

Re: Taking the plunge

Thank you @Maggie. Yes I'm so relieved the depression is lifting. I actually laughed - a proper laugh last week. Haven't done that for more than 6 months. Terrifying what MI takes away from us.
I hope you get the ENT results soon and that thdy come up with a plan that you are happy with. I imagine the waiting to be frustrating.
I hope you have a good day today. ♡

Re: Taking the plunge

It's ok @Former-Member ❤
Just message when you feel like it, no pressure. I totally understand how hard it is to write/chat, when depressed etc. I hope today is a bit better for you.

Hi @Maggie 💜
Really feel for you having scans and extra appointments. It's stressful and draining.
I'm glad you're going to have cooler weather. It's raining here again. Not sure whether to risk going to big city today. The things I do with D 😮😣😨
I get pretty cranky when overtired. 😮

I hope today is a better day @Former-Member 💜
So sorry to hear you were triggered while out the other day.
That's really hard to cooe with, on top of everything.
I hope hubby is having success cutting down on drink. Hopefully it will make life a bit easier for you too.

@Former-Member ❤
What's happening in your day? Hoping you can find some laughs and that you're feeling reasonably ok.
That's good you're able to do voluntary work.

Hi @utopia ❤
I hope depression lifts for you today. Any plans?

Hi @outlander ❤
Hope to visit your thread sometime.
Do something for you today. 😊
And you too @Former-Member ❤

Re: Taking the plunge

@Former-Member. I'm off to see my psychologist in less than an hour. Going to library to get some books to read. Friend coming over to help fix my tap. That's it.
What are you doing today?

Re: Taking the plunge

That's a lovely gift @Former-Member i hope you do something for yourself today. The big city sounds scary, but I guess with D it would be OK. More shoe shopping @Former-Member

Re: Taking the plunge

All the best with the psychologist @utopia Library sounds good. I used to read alot, but unfortunately my concentration hasn't been good for a long time. I would love to be able to read something fiction, just to switch off, but I can't. I've tried many times, oh well!

I was hoping to go shopping in the city today, but it's pouring alot. It flooded there yesterday, so, I guess I won't be going far. Not sure yet, what to do.

There's always chores, but, that's really boring.
