This is a good thread @Bubbles3 I accompanied my sick husband to his tests today and am now tidying up the house in bits and pieces. Have not done a whole lot today at all as I still feel bogged down with worry, but I suppose at least it's better than nothing 😌

I am going to the toilet because I have been having big glasses of water @Faith-and-Hope. 36 degrees here and we're not near the equator.

For me it was lots of housework and to visit my carer's counsellor.
It is amazing what the body produces @soul ..lol .. and that can be hard work ... lol
That is a heat wave that the Brits would not cope with.

productive things i did today -- I have done a load of washing , paid two bills and my customer cat followed me everywhere while cleaning the house , I wipe the table and he lays on the table , went to make the bed and the cat laid on the bed , ohhh he is sooo sweet
