@Sans911I am gald you had a nice luch with your Aunty today. It's good that you have got someone who you feel comfortable talking to. Maybe not telling them everything which is fine, but still someone who supports you is comforting.

I am sorry to hear that growing up was hard for you without the support of your mother. I was lucky enough to grow up with both parents. However, I do see it alot with children at school. We have a high number of children in foster care or living with a realtive. Anyone can be a parent, but not all parents are mothers/fathers if that makes sense. I am glad that you have been able to make contact with some of your family over the years.

My parents both lived with my family (in a separate unit on our land) for the last 12 years. My father passed away from pulmonary fibrosis 2.5 years ago and my mother suffers from depression. She is hard to handle especially when she decides to take herself of her medication, which is often!!
