Really don't want to do it but know I have too. Just can't control my anxiety and just ended up SH. I was really trying to avoid it

Hi @Former-Member - can you do something nice for you at the moment that might help settle the nerves? if you've already set out could you get a coffee on the way or something? All the grounding type of exercises, noticing where you are, what you can see etc to try and help keep you in the moment... Still here with you,be gentle with you.

Thanks everyone for your support. Won't tag because I will probably forget someone!
I am out finally, woah that was hard and terrifying, the questions that were asked were probing and hard. Set my triggers off in front of him. Had a panic attack in front of him. Finally calmed down enough to get out of there. Now just have to drive home.

I know it was hard and i dont want to play on the hard stuff but you having a panic in front of him just showed him that your struggling.
Take some time out use some of your calming and distractions to help you get through. Turn the music up and sing away. Hard i know but just a suggestion
