Tears are a distraction hun. I like happy tears. I'm always careful what I say to you, @outlander, @Former-Member and anyone else. There's always an agonising wait of baited breath until I get a response. So thanks so very much. I'm glad my words meant something to you. I understand looking too far forward is hard. I mostly just want to get through just one more day. But I have special goals for this year, next year and perhaps the year after. I never got to finish the last most precious part of my African trip in 2015 because I became unstable. And then I came home early. I'm determined to go back, volunteer again & complete my journey.
How great would it be to get to your appointment tommorow & say, yes I had thoughts of SI/SH, but I got through without hurting myself. Both you and me have managed this week? Those are huge steps in themselves when it's easier to give in & harder to hang on.
Nell, I'm actually in the city & about to go to a show that's connected with the arts festival. I'll be back in a couple of hours, but I'm I'm sitting with you as well as @outlander. Will you be okish?

@outlanderI am going to take meds plus prn tonight. Even though I took it last night and it didn't work, I am going to do it again tonight and hope it works.
