Morning @Former-Member. How are you holding up? There's only 24 hours give or take and then hubby is home to help ease your fears. You've really done remarkably well. You've been incredibly strong and brave.
I really do get it from your last few posts. Everything is screaming at to punish you, to shut this down, to hurt no more. It's so deafening and insistent. At first you fight it, pushing back against the hate and the anger. But as time goes on you think to yourself, I can't take no more, I can't fight no more, this has to stop. And you give in to the impulses because it's seems easier to do that then fight on. You're tired, your hurting so much the suffused real and difficult, you can't see any easy way out, and you're tired. So very tired.
But when you give in to those impulses and shut things down, no one wins. Sure, the pain and suffering us gone. And so are you with it. Don't you realise that no only are those who love you are in mourning for the loss of a beautiful, caring, amazing human, but so is the whole world. And somewhere in the galaxy a star dies a brilliant, fiery death.

Good morning @Sans911 - yes, 1 more sleep to go!
It is so much easier going through this when someone understand so thank you for all your support. I ended up getting some sleep last night with meds which I really needed. Have woken up today feeling quite good with no thoughts so super glad about that. Not sure how long it will last but hey, will take any break I can from it. It was having you and others here for support that helped me through last night.

Thanks for all your support and not just last night but for all this time. I don't think you realise how much you have helped me in the last few weeks. I know I have probably negelcted you all in your times of need and hopefully I can be there for you like you have been for me.

@Sans911,your words are so good at describing what we all feel here,100℅ spot on ,me yesterday, today trying to see past the hurt. @Former-Member,hang on for yourself the next day and hang on for people like me who dream of a husband who loves you and the kids.

@Faith-and-Hope,saw the brumbies in a field of thistles up to their necks,just can see their heads looking at me with the chestnut with a white stripe down his nose with a clump of grass hanging out of his mouth .

@Former-Member-your last post is making me do a happy dance, and what instantly springs to mind is the Frozen song 'Let it Go'. I hope that gives you a small (or big) smile ☺ or giggle.
Take that break with a big sigh and gratitude. Savour how good it feels to be free from thise chains that dragged you down.
And I certainly haven't felt neglected at all, and I think others will say the same. Sometimes though we seem so buried in the darkness nothing else is visible. But it's not that way at all. Many hands are reaching out in that darkness to hold you, and others feel the warmth, live and care emanating from within. So the essence, beauty and live is still there and can be felt.
Take that break with a big sigh and gratitude. Savour how good it feels to be free from thise chains that dragged you down.

@Former-Member - morning hun, and thanks for your kind words sweetheart. How beautiful to see the brumbies. When mum and I were driving through England we saw them several times. One even came right up to the car! Such beautiful animals.

I guess we are go through times where we need that support but than times where we can give that support. It is amazing that by giving support helps us too which I think is so important here.
I am assuming Cat woke you up and you have your coffee. Any plans for today?
