I know you are petrified at the moment @Former-Member and I am really concerned for you and with you. This is one of the hardest things you will ever have to do but you are nearly there. It really is ok if you cannot do the appointment today - if you cannot cope - you are the only one who can decide what you need to be safe. Here with you and sitting with you 💖💖💖
