Remember that the sane call helpline is there as well as blueknot and you found 1800 respect helpful ad well @Former-Member.
Remember the ice elastic bands and the 5 senses method is also there as well

Thats ok sometimes you just have to get away @Former-Member tey the elastic band and the the method zoe has helped you with if they dont help let me know if you want tme to help you through any other method like the senses one we started yesterday

@Former-Member no one asks for these things to happen. No one deserves it either. But as others have pointed out your hubby really does care for you.
Youve got a good plan to help him no matter which way he reacts but remember he has to control himself as well and your not responsible for what he says or thinks or acts. All you can do is be you and try your best.
