@Former-Member i wish i had the answers to if it ended or not i know the suffering right now if full on. It can take a bit for the brain to learn new ways of coping when all you know is hurt. I hope you manage to find some calm in your day today. Take care

@Sans911I don't know how much one can bear. Yes I have more supports in place so guess I am managing better than 6 months ago. I have to believe it will get easier, get better, get less distressing. If I can't believe that then what the hell are we still doing here?

@outlander @Former-Member - I'm not ok. I don't think I want to talk about it. I'm trying to stay safe, but it's getting harder as the time goes on. My case manager is useless at trying to help me.
