Im sure youll be awake after your session but maybe a nap is possible through the day @Former-Member
Yeh had a few hrs. The cool southerly arrived late last night so was going around opening up the house when usually im locking up lol so was up for a few extra hrs but it wad so nice. Raining here today but not complaining! Both kids are at school today. Both of them the day before- i dont want to go to school - this morning they are bouncing off the walls including the teenager lol

Um not really. Taking the day as it comes and managing ailments. I do have to go do some grocery shopping with pop this morning, pay a few bills and theres a shop nearby thats closing down and has huge sale so going to have a look. They sell all sorts of stuff so might find a few things. Its also a good chancr to buy a few things for the dignity bags later in the yr that i can put away and add to when i can.

All it feels like I do is try and self care @outlander. Tired of doing that too. Another med change on top of it. It is like a guessing game. Arrrrgggghhhh

@outlanderit is raining outside. I'm too upset to go out. I know what I want to do but better not say it on here. He said it could be months before things start to improve. MONTHS, why say that to someone who the conversation before were talking about their thoughts. I told him that. I just want to crawl into that hole. Fk, i better go just getting more upset.
