Good morning all. Sorry, drifted off to sleep last night and didn't get a chance to say goodnight. These sleeping tablets I'm on sort of gent pull me under and I sleep about 7hours. There's no hangover or after effect. I use them sometimes for anxiety too. Why didn't I find these so much earlier?
@Former-Member - how are this morning? I just saw things got pretty tricky there. Did you manage to stay safe?
@outlanser are you any better at all or still the same?
And @Former-Member and @Faith&Hope - how are you both this morning?

Just woken up here @Sans911 @Former-Member @Holly24 @Former-Member @outlander ..... seven hours sleep, which is not bad. I’m still trying to work out how I am .... lol .... bit headaches I think, so trying to hydrate .... drinking water.

Distressed at the moment, depressed severely,sad about myself, angry at myself for being weak and a failure. I stuffed up .Hope everyone is feeling 10x better than myself.
