@outlanderthats ok, you need to speak to your psych team. That is more important.
@Sans911glad she is concerned about you, you need people in there batting for you. I'm still teary today so cry away hun, let them out.
I just need to plaster a I'm fine sign to my head for the next 3 weeks

Gahh frustrating! The mh team was only referred to me for a safety assessment which was yesterday! I have to ring the mh line and referr myself all over again!
