@outlanderyep another new one 
and it was so vivid and just flooding my head now.
I've reminded myself I am safe, been using my coping box today and other things too, just still there. Journalling doesn't work for me, it just triggers me more and end up more upset.
I hate my brain atm, I so wish I couldn't remember any of it, but last nights was so real and right there.

@outlanderit might be worth talking to them. Just over it all atm, and of course with them comes all those other thoughts into my head too, which makes it even more distressing.
Nah, not going outside today. 39 here today so staying inside where it is cool.

Thanks @outlander, I wouldn't say it here anyway, I wouldn't want to trigger anyone else.
I have got BBT on atm to try and help too. I am just so over it and trying so hard to keep it together. I have to keep that front up for a bit longer. I can't let anyone see me like this
