Sounds like you have got a good coping strategy there, putting it into a box and closing the lid. Glad you have found something that works well for you. You would need it after your last few days

@BunniekinsI feel like I am just keeping my head above water and waiting for that thing to drag me under. I know they say new year, neew outlook, but the start of this year has just been plain crap.

2 weeks ago I went to the furneral of my cousin who was like my sister who was 52 and now mr shaz has a cancerous spot on his forehead that needs to be removed

so Group hug coming up

@Former-Member Indeed it has been crap I couldnt put it better myself.

My avatar is always so smiley and perky sometimes it doesnt reflect what I am feeling or my reactions to what other people are telling me. I need a serious pea ... not sad but a serious concerned and interested pea.

Oh NellBell what will become of us? ... On a bright note I am going for a walk with my daughter tomorrow morning to help us both get fitter. She is obese so I am so proud of her that she said she would give it a go.
