that is understandable @Bubbles3, probably feel a bit anxious about what is ahead. You have done all the right things however, got letters you needed, made an app, with the lawyer, everything to help yourself out. Try and remember that.

Hard day @Bunniekins. Had a funeral today so had to get through that. It made it harder that it was the same funeral place where we had my Dad's funeral at, and I havent been there since.

Ended up dissociating this afternoon and have felt nothing since. Oh well

@Former-Member Funerals are so hard and to have it at the same place as your father's makes it even harder going. Sorry you had to deal with that.

I am okay. Hanging in there lol. Happy about the good things like the weight loss and feeling better. Trying to focus on the good and put the not so good into boxes. That is what I do I have a bad thought and put it into a box and close the lid. When and if I need to deal with it I open the box later on. It works for me so that is what I am practising atm.

@Former-Member Nell will we ever keep our heads above water?? Sometimes I wonder if it will be like this forever ... yes even this optimistic little pea gets down in the dumps sometimes.
