Got a couple of hours sleep. Saw pdoc, meds not changed but everything inceased and another one added. I think this is take 7. Get through tomorrow than, well don't really know after that.

Glad you managed to get some sleep - I know how rough it can be without it. Lack of it does make it harder for me to cope. I hope the new increase in meds does help you with the latter and makes a difference for you. You deserve some reprieve and I am hoping with everything I have you get some. It's true, getting through one day is the goal and then it's one day at a time after that. Thinking of you and sending you warm thoughts and hugs 💕

How are you feeling with your virus?

I am feeling a bit better than yesterday @Former-Member, but still unwell. I managed to go up the road to fill in a script and then just came straight home to rest up again. I keep looking around the house which is beckoning me to clean it and looking at it is as far as I am getting lol. I have had a few viruses lately so my goal this year is to try and get fitter and boost my immunity. Stress doesn't help that, so it can be a vicious cycle at times. It really does come down to one day at a time, sometimes moment to moment. And somehow I get there 💕

I really hope everything improves for you this year @Former-Member - your posts always warms my heart.

@Former-MemberI am glad you are feeling a bit better. Still hard when we don't feel great.

I know when I see my pdoc or psych, it is a nothing else day for me. I end up exhausted so the washing and cleaning will have to wait. I hope things improve too.

BTW @Former-Member that photo made me smile, saw it after I came out of my app. with the pdoc. Good timing I say. Saved it with my other 'helpful' photos
