RE: Darkness surrounds me

I am bottling so many thoughts up at the moment. I am scared if I let things out then everything might come flooding out, and I don't think I would be able to control my thoughts. It has gotten to the point where plans are made in my moments of distress. I am surrounded by people but feel utterly alone in my world. I need to somehow make it past Friday at this point. I rang up in my distress this morning and spoke to my pdoc. He has squeezed me into his app. tomorrow so I guess that is one good thing. Not sure as I come out of those appointments upset, but don't know what else to do at this stage. I don't think these meds are working.

I am trying to hang on, but my life seems to be crumbling around me or maybe its me who is crumbling. So for now minute by minute is it

I don’t know how to get out of this dark place any more. I reached out for help tonight and that did no good. I don’t want the pain, the suffering and I don’t want to remember. I just don’t want this anymore.

I called a helpline and just got nowhere with them. I don’t even know why I bothered. They just tried to palm me of to someone else. @Former-Member
