sis you are under alot of stress right now @Former-Member and not to meantion grieving! thats not a walk in the park at all i am really sorry it ended up in SH though, do you think its maybe one of the new meds or increased doses making you abit more speced out than normal?

@outlanderI don't know, I don't see my pdoc till end of Jan now, he had no other app. avaliable any earlier. I only seem to get spaced when I.......well you know, and I didn't do that last night, so unsure.

My day has been okay.

Two kids coming home this evening from having been away. I am looking forward to seeing them.

that sucks! i really hope you could get in earlier or even maybe your psychlogist could help as your talking out what you need to @Former-Member hmm ok- yes i know what you mean.

i find when im under alot more stress i start to dissociate more, maybe the grieving process is what is aiding the dissociation?

I agree with @outlander, @Former-Member ...... your boat has been really swamped in the last few days .....

Take care of you and keep safe as best you can ..... up the self-care wherever you can .....

It could be from everything happening lately, I don't know.

My own safety is far from important atm, I am beyond caring about that anymore. What will be will be,

just make it to Monday. I know not everything will be fixed on Monday, but at least things will be starting to get back to normal.
