I have been a bit naughty over christmas @Former-Member, my kidney is telling me now , so have to get back to focus

we spent a week with our S2 and S3 last week

@Shaz51I did see that you spent some time with S2 and S3 last week. I hope you enjoyed that time and know that you have some app. coming up for your kidneys if I am right. I hope everything goes ok for them.

I need to stop myself from feeling anything atm or my thoughts will get too bad. Thanks again for thinking of me today. You don't realise how much that helped.
