RE: Darkness surrounds me

The last few day I have been trying so hard to keep my thoughts under control and not acting on them. With new flashbacks coming up, the sleepless nights and waiting for that phone call, it seems things just go from bad to worse.

I'm trying so hard to distract myself, to have a laugh on here, to spend time with the kids, but those thoughts and plans are still there. How do you stop those thoughts when they are so strong, when they just want to take over your entire exsistence. My pdoc was pointless last week and made me feel like what I am doing to myself is all my fault, well I guess it is. I have just had enough of it all and am so tired of trying to deal with it every minute of every day. When do you say enough is enough.

Thanks @Shaz51. I havent slept again last night and dissociated today again for a bit, lucky I was at home. I just don't feel anything atm. Just a hard time thats all.

That is very hot, melting point, its only been about 25 today here.
