If I wasn't concerned for you and didn't want to know than I wouldn't ask. This is the exact place where you should feel comfortable to say what you need, let it out. If we keep things pent up inside of us, then that can be detrimental to us. So if you need to let it out than do so.

of course your watching bbt, what episode are you watching. im not sure on episode im on but its season 2 and they go to the north pole and are using the cheesecake factories freezer to practice.
