@outlanderI am glad the nettle has settled down. Shame about the pain being a "cow" (love the word you choose) but I am guessing you expected that after yesterday.
Hopefully it was safer for you out there today.

I think that is a great resolution and hopefully you have the support irl and on here to help you achieve that.
I miss @Li1 too. Hopefully she just needs some time away and will come back to us soon.

Yep i knew it was coming @Former-Member i cant fix it so i have to live with it and so what i can to cope with it. Atm its constant relief cool showers muscle creams but it goes deeper than the surface. Its bone pain. Hard to describe...
