@Former-Member Thanks NellBell I basically knocked myself out on medication last night and it has worked to an extent that is. I want to see my psych but and terrified like what I said last night that he will say that I should go into hospital or could lose custody of my son.... ex is very supportive but if he knew I had been feeling this way he might be different ... I dont know it is all so difficult.

My son has the same mood stabilizars as I do so I have been using the same amount as he does so hopefully the extra dosage will start to kick in too.

How is @Sans911? Are you okay Sans911? and you NellBell dont want to worry my girl ... is just a bump in the MI road to some where ...

@Bunniekinsglad you are a bit better today. Does seem like you need your meds changed.

I can understand being terrified of telling someone but you can;t look after your son if you are not looking after yourself first.

@Former-Member Well I worry about you too NellBell. Stupid medication even when you think you have it right something happens (maybe your body gets used to it) and it needs to be looked at again... Luckily I nagged at my psych at my last appointment about upping it and he asked me to get a blood test done with the idea of doing just that at my follow up appointment in January.

I will say nothing about the meds and see what he says after looking at the results. It is terrible keeping secrets but sometimes I just find I have to. I would love to be able to sit down with your and tell you everything about how I got here ... oh well maybe one day when the moderators are looking the other way lol.

The cooler weather helps a lot. I wanted to hide under my doona today, but made myself get out of the house with the kids this morning. I am sitting outside enjoying the sunshine at the moment.

You need to do what is best for you @Bunniekins. Yes, professionals can help, but they are not living your life nor are they in our minds when things go bad.

Yes maybe one day we can sit down and spill the beans!!
