Nope no sleep but its raining and ive brought my sisters over and we are watching finding dory and the new petes dragon and eating maltesers . Im determined to make today better than yesterday even with no sleep @Former-Member i wont say my real feelings as im ignoring them for now..

@outlanderhun sleep has to come soon, you can't keep going like this. I love finding Nemo and Findung Dory!!
Feel the bit the same thats why I took the kids out to do something we do quite a bit and enjoy. I took some emergency meds last night so ended up getting some sleep and SP worked.
Have got hair dressers app. this afternoon so figured berry picking, cafe then hair - very much a self caring/soothing day!

Havent slept for nearly a week this is the 4th night with totally no sleep. Usually dont get past 2-3 tops...I just lay there for hrs and hrs and by the time i think ill sleep its already time to get up.
Im very glad u got sleep and GN1 achieved. Sounds like a good day with lots of good things planned. ❤ @Former-Member
