@Sans911I just got a bad phone call. A close family friend has cancer and they have given her about two weeks two live. I have known her since the day I was born, she is like family to me. Her hubby rang me and I had to break the news to my mum. She has been having chemo for awhile but it is not working and a scan showed up it in more places.

@Former-Member I wear a bright red elastic band which helps. It happened when I was on a walk with my son in the ghetto today I was like OMG ... I a terrified if I tell anyone outside out little circle I might lose custody of my son ...

@Bunniekinsplease dont med adjust until you see your psychiatrist.... can you see your gp any earlier or a gp your comfortable with at all?

keep thinking of your son.... once you start its so hard to stop so keep using strategies to help you
