In my position at work I spen enough time on the phone to DHHS and Child Protection trying to advocate for students at work. Just like nurses there were some wonderful caring people and some that were making it so difficult to get support for these kids.

I hope one day, I do get a chance to make a difference again

@Former-Member@Former-Member because of my son's disabilities I don't even know who I am any more other than a carer. Which is alright for this moment in time but do I want to live and die this way ....

@Bunniekinsyea I get it. However your son is super lucky to have someone like you that cares and loves him no matter what. Never underestimate how that helps him
