Hey @Former-Member I'm in hospital but can use my phone until it needs charging later. Just waiting to see the doctor but sort of around if you need to talk. I'm sorry you had such a rough night last night and today.

Thanks @Sans911. I wish I could talk to you about what I am doing but I know thats not allowed on here. The psych checked in with me again today. He has left 3 messages for the pdoc to ring him in the last few days. I told him not to bother, obviously he doesn't care.

@Former-Member - I have a bit of an idea anyway of what you might be doing, and although I can't stop you, only you can, all I can do is tell you I hear your frustration & pain. Just please be careful. Don't stop reaching out for help from crisis services. Is there any other support services that your GP or pyschologist could recommend?

@Sans911yeah my local mental health team, but I don't ring them, I don't want anyone showing up at my house looking for me. I know I am pushing the boundaries and all they keep saying to me is think of your kids and your hubby. They don't realise that they are going through my head constantly. However what they don't realise, is when I am in the moment, that distressed, even looking at them doesn't stop me. No one has the answers I know that, not even me.
