GN2 is already broken tonight in multiple ways and I am super angry at myself. Have got psychiatrist appointment in the morning and I fear what he will say. I really don’t want to go.

Your pdoc understands that you’re not well in this regard @Former-Member ..... and needs to be firm with you to help you find the boundaries and stick to them .....
Can you think of it sort of like when your kids have done something that they shouldn’t ?
It’s going to be okay ..... this is all part of the journey to moving past it.

Whats done is done, ive already stuffed it up. I so wish it is going to be ok. On top of that no sleep again over a two hr round trip to look forward too.

@Former-Member morning sweetheart. Please try to be a little easier on yourself. You are doing the best you can under extremely difficult circumstances. There's so many factors that are contributing to how you are feeling. Don't hate yourself though for the things that have been done. Turn the hate the other way. Hugs my angel.
