RE: Darkness surrounds me

@Sans911yes I have had the police turn up before at my house after talking to a help line and them jumping to conclusions. It was so bad because I had to make up an excuse because the kids saw them at the door.

So I promised myself I would never put them in that situation again. I am sorry you had to go through that. For me, it just made the situation worse and actually made me SH more that night. I guess for me, it always end up simmering and then happening late at night when the kids are not around or when they are at school.

I do keep a journal on my laptop that is password protected. I just feel like I am on a roller coaster ride atm with highs and lows and no way to get off.

I am going to go now. What I have already taken is affecting me and hopefully I will sleep for at least a few hours.

Thanks @Sans911 for listening and for your advice. It is so easy to talk to you esp. when you understand so well, which makes me sad that you have to go through this too. I hope you get some sleep tonight and a peaceful night

I haven’t had the same sort of lived experience, but there is someone within my circle with the same sort of struggles .... different cause .....

@Sans911 I will be up for a little while yet. We had the kids over tonight, and now I have to wait out the choc-treat munchie-dragon in my room.
