@Former-Member - like I said I never know how long it lasts. It's not usually for more a day or two. I try to hold on to these moments.

@Former-Member movie was really, really good. Bit fresh outside but was easier to cope with my anxiety. I had pillows & blanket. I got really into the film. Home now with a hit drink and very tired.

@Former-Member - I've definitely felt very disconnected and lost for some time. I used to have some idea of what I wanted to do or where I was heading. Now I have no idea, and I hate it. My counsellor last week ask me to consider putting some structure to my day. I told her that was almost impossible. Even though today was a good day, it does not fundamentally change anything.

I can understand that @Sans911 even though it was a good day i still did nothing. My psych has used the word structure too. Told him i had none

I try to keep busy but its always there @Sans911.
