@Former-Member here now, it's supposed to start but I think they're waiting for the sun to set. It's testing going my social anxiety being here, but it's not more than about 50 or so people so I'm trying to shut out the chatter.

Last night was good, today was a good day and then one little thing makes it all go haywire 😔 is it too much to ask for two days in a row. How can you go from feeling good to having all those bad thoughts back again just like that. I cant do another night like the other night 😔

That's the cruelty of mental illness @Former-Member, like the depression I have past few days its looms over like a cloud.Thays why I call my episodes "storms" once but lately I'm not getting respite much.It can come on really quick.
