@Former-Member I'm pretty much the same hun. I was raised by welfare for much of life, so always people coming and going so quickly. I learnt to try to not get attached; it didn't always work, and my heart has been crushed so many times. I take a long time to trust tsomeone. Very few people have truly known what's in my head & heart. A. I don't thinks it always important B. I feel if they realk6knoew me, they'd run a mile. I'm very much an introvert as well

I was going to go on chat but i dont even know what to say anymore. I dont think anyone knows exactly what is in my head, it is so screwed up anyway. And yep i think people would run a mile too.

@Former-Member - I understand you pattern of thinking. I understand you feel no one understands what is going on. I get that too. But I am not running a mile, nor will I ever leave you. You're important to me and I will do my best to make you feel cared about and supported. A burden shared I'd a burden halved. I don’t think anyone has the answers @Sans911. I am not sure even if the psych or pdoc do. But I guess what will be will be and hopefully one day I can start to live rather than exist. That’s probably what we all wish for.

@Former-Member as much as you dislike the idea of hospital, a stay there would allow then to observe your state of mind and the nightmares. They can trial you on stronger prn meds to check effectiveness. And you get access to a hospital pyschologist & psychiatrist. Mine were both very nice people and Lthough it took time to trust then I had to be a little open in order to resolve some difficulties. Just my thoughts hun
