Have to now fight the feelig of not wanting to be alive, again.

@Former-Member,You didn't trigger me,you know you wake up and your mind has set your state of mind,and I'm exactly feeling the same feeling,I basically don't want to be alive either,went for a walk and it was hot, then mowed the lawn so fully stuffed and burnt.I try to keep busy too distract the thoughts as I go to such dark places like everyone here knows.

It's only a small houseyard @Former-Member, might take 40-60 minutes,just it is not,used to have a good two acres to mow until two years ago.It was hot today,I nearly went walking when I posted early at 5:00 ,the sun drains you.Suppose to be a cool change on Saturday with rain.
