but just needed sleep. My gp isn't happy with me at all.

@Former-Member - respite time was really difficult this time. I mostly kept to myself the whole time. I really only opened up to the lead nurse this morning. I could not sleep last night so I went for a drive and ended up at the river. I walked out on a sand spit and let the noise of the water wash over me. It was the closest I felt to dying without doing so, so it was a little cathartic. I've been really stuck in my head for such a while, and haven't really been able to verbalise how I felt until this morning. Now I'm crying again because I'm so over hurting, others hurting, so over everything, but I'm so far away as well from being 'better'. I'm not long been home, cat is happy at least. But I have an appointment with pdoc in an hour; not looking forward to that and some other errands to do.
I see you haven't had an easy night/day either 😞

@Former-Member I have done all my Christmas cards and ordered all the presents online. Horray no more shopping centres till January!!!!!!! I have warned my daughter I wont be taking her to any Westfield until the new year and maybe never again!!!!
The only thing I need to get is wrapping paper!!!

@Bunniekinsthankyou so much for caring. Just going through a rough patch but I will be ok,
OMG you have done ALL your xmas shopping. I have started on line but need to get my butt into gear. I hate shopping centres too, they make me super anxious, especially at this time of year when xmas is getting closer.
I have to so much put on a brave face for my kids, but would rather skip the whole thing this year

@Former-Member it is so hard for you as your kiddies are small whereas I have kidults who will be happy just to keep playing their computers like it was any other day (thank God).
I will probably be the only one online over Christmas as we just don't celebrate it any more ...

@Former-Member where I am it is beautiful ... the sun is shining and I can hear corellas yes even in the ghettos we have corellas. Actually they are roam around in gangs ripping the rubber off the street lights. They are a rather punky kind of bird ... I like corellas

@Bunniekinsyes it is, have to pretend like everything is ok. Have family coming to my house xmas day which is the last thing I want but we take it in turn and it is my turn this year.
