Good morning my beautiful sis @outlander you know I will always be sitting with you
I am so glad to here you slept ok.
Goals were made with Zoe, Goal Number 1 (GN1) was to survive the night. GN2 was to abstain from SH
Achieved one of them (of course becasue I am here talking to you!) but the other one 
I got a bit of sleep last night but still the nightmares came but am ok. Today I have my psychiatrist app.
What about you, any plans for today?

Thanks @outlander. I am happy to see him today, need to try and get these meds worked out. Up to take 3! Not happy about the 2 hour round trip it takes but cannot be helped.
House moving does sound a bit boring but think of the final picture! They will be out of the house and it will be just you and your Pop. That is enough to get it exciting!
