@outlanderI just didn't want the csa to effect hubby and it seems that this is happening.
I will think about changing psych's. I am just not sure if that would help or hinder, but I guess I won't know that until I try it

I understand and its understandable that u dont want it to affect your hubby. He will understand or to the best of his ability anyway. Its not easy at all.

@outlanderyou are being more help than you realise. It is not really something that will be a quick fix, I know that. I guess I am just afraid of what will happen if he keeps triggering me (and I know that this is not his fault at all, he is doing nothing wrong). I am just hanging on at the moment.
I know you will understand this but I just wonder how much more do we have to endure before we say no more and it puts us over the edge.

Im hearing your concerns. I dont think it will come to that... Zoes written an excellent response on her thread that will resonante with you.
I dont know how much we as in anyone can hang on anymore or what will help but knowing others as shit as it is that have had an expierience similar to us does help. We are all here supporting each other through these dark times.
They say the most ferocious storms have the most beutiful aftermath. Lets hope its the case for us and alot of others too
