@Former-Member try not to make sense of them. I find it can make things worse. At least you were able to identify the cause of one of them so you'll know for next time.

Hey @Former-Member it is super hard when all you want to do is sleep but asa soon as you close your eyes - there are the flashbacks. It is like a movie constantly playing on repeat and there is no pause or stop button. And they are not just vivid but you actually feel them as well.

@outlanderI don't expect you to have the answers hun no one does. It just frustrates me that I can't even answer for myself which just makes me feel useless. I am trying so hard not to do what I did before but feelings are just getting too much
