@Former-Member have you told your pyschologist about your SH? And how suicidal you have been?

@outlanderthanks hun, I don't even know if speaking about it will help either, just needed to get it out
@Sans911we spoke about it today in my session. He knows SH is increasing and knows about my suicidal thoughts. I told him I was safe from SA. I think I am.

@Sans911yea we have discussed ways to keep myself safe.
I normally email him, so I guess not really after hours, but he normally gets back to me within 24hrs.
He gave me psych triage number if needed.

@Former-Member ok. Please keep reaching out here. Even if we aren't around, reach out to the moderators. I know you're having a really, really difficult time right now. I know you are in a world of pain. But don't let all that drive you down that road of darkness. You are worth so much more than that. And it might not seem like it now, but you will get through this in time

@Sans911reaching out is not something I am used to doing, but will try too. As you know the nights are the worst, when your mind plays cruel tricks on you, so I just take hour by hour at night. Thanks
