@Sans911dozed on and off, sleep is too scary at the moment, too many flashbacks and not being able to control anything anymore.

That was emotionally exhausting. I find the psychologist appointments so draining and today was such a hard one that I don't know how to feel now. II told him I wanted to give up today. I feel so defeated

@Former-Member whenever I had therapy previously, I learnt that it is both emotionally & physically draining. Be gentle on yourself today. And sometimes the therapy gets harder before life gets better. I want to tell you to hang in there, but today I would be a hypocrite for saying that. I'm in the frame of mind where I want to give up as well. Everything, life, living, just seems so difficult and pointless. Yet there is a teeny, tiny voice I can hear under the screaming 'I can't do this any more' voice that says just waut a little longer. It tells me maybe things will be ok.
