@Sans911I am glad you can still laugh!!! Don't feel bad about your foster sister hun. I think it shows how much she cares for you and loves you. It would however been hard hearing those words, espeically for the first time.

@Former-Member @Former-Member I usually ask the hospital staff not to contact my NOK. I wasn't quite with it enough this time. So my brother was phoned as well as her. There are a number of hospital admissions that no one knows about. It's just better that way.

The doctor said to me on Friday"so you are better!",after I said I went through my depression storm last week.That shows he knows f*** all about mental illness.I said I only need a trigger @Sans911 @Former-Member.I can't say I'm better,not with a mental illness,not something you can put a band-aid on

It's not something if I go to hospital I'd want either @Sans911 ,can understand.Its hard enough to have your pride.

@Sans911yea get that. Thats why I am so hesitant to go, I don't want nay famaily finding out.
@Former-MemberI had a doctor say something similar to me awhile ago. "You are seeig a pschologist, you must be getting better". Hence why I am looking for another GP!! NFI

That's why I don't want to talk to anyone anymore @Former-Member,…..it only added to my trauma.

I was just about to say goodnight @Sans911, @Former-Member,had about 10 hrs last night because I felt physically unwell.I better go to bed,have to now fast for a blood test in the morning.Hooe you both get some sleep and you too @Faith-and-Hope!😴😨
