Hi @Former-Member .... I am back .....

It was a nice chance for headspace to be out with D2, but she has come home with a stomach cramp now .... so a mild panacea has been administered and I will see how she is in the morning.

Are you snuggled up under your door a on Bed Island ?

Yes, I am under my doona in my bed, its the safest place

I hope D2 is ok in the morning

Me too ..... D3 is doubled up with dysmenorrhea this last two days ..... I really don’t need to be looking for a hospital with D2.

Can you stay under your door a for a few days yet @Former-Member, if you need more time there ?

Some days surviving is enough @Former-Member, if that is all you can manage in the moment, moment by moment.

Other CSA survivors share their lived experiences here, and they say that it doesn’t stay the same .... that you will move forward from here .... which means that you don’t have to be anything more than just here right now .... just breathe ......

@Faith-and-Hopewell hopefully it will not come to that. Miss 12 has just started getting hers so hopefully she doesn't suffer from that.

I've been under my doona for so many days now. All I seem to manage is moving from the bed to the couch and back again. Just over everything and had enough. I can't make any sense of anything anymore.

Our story is very different @Former-Member, but I have had days and weeks like those, when WH was going away for a few weeks at a time, but he was far more aggressive that he is at the moment when he was here. Every time he left my days turned into journeys between Bed Island and Chair Island, apart from having to go do the shopping, and taking walks by the river when I could find the energy.

I would run raids on the housework just to keep things functional ..... with no back-up .... I was it.

Our situation is still chopping and changing. I have less Island-hopping time available at the moment, because it’s harder to find the privacy to do that without further issues coming from it.
