I just don't want to deal with it anymore. I can't seem to control anything and I'm just doing more harm than good. I just can't seem to get the right words out

your depression is telling you all this. your hubby loves you. your kids love you. they dont think your causing harm. your kids will come around and are reslient and while they dont understand they also dont hold you accountable either. and your hubby knows at least some of it too. we love you here too Nell.

have you tried journalling? wirte till you cant write no more. it doesnt matter what comes out, just write as you think of it. sometimes it can help. just a suggestion
