@Sans911, so pretty much everything! The psychiatrist said to me to try and do between 5000 and 10000 steps per day to me. Think I need to work on that!! When I was working I was doing over 10000 per day. You probably would have done alot more than that.

@Former-Member yep! Some shifts lots and lots of steps, others can be barely none (if I work in intensive care).

ohh @Sans911 intensive care, that must be hard in there, or maybe emergency department might be harder. The nurses in there are amazing, they looked after my son so well when he was in intensive care. Nurses definetly do not get paid enough!!

I'm doing okay. Although wh is behaving at the moment, mostly, and not to bad and not for too long when he's not, my anxiety levels have gone up under the scrutiny and some feedback from one of the dr's. Until we get to a dx, the real problem won't be understood ..... so I have to keep fear-thoughts at bay ..... like what if they miss it ? What if they down-play it and let him off the hook ? S2 has been advised to move out to establish his own autonomy, and they might decide D3 is next, which is okay if that's what she needs too ...... but if I am left with wh and no dx, I think there are going to be more hard decisions ahead.
All if's and maybe's at the moment, so I have to just hold tight and keep swimming for now ...... tired, and mind-chatter is loud .....

@Faith-and-Hope Sorry to hear it's been a struggle. The whole waiting game sounds like such a struggle for you. Hopefully you get the correct dx but as you said a lot of ifs and maybes ATM which cannot be easy for you. Hopefully you can get some sleep tonight. You are in my thoughts a lot 💗💗💗
