Every day is a huge struggle to push through how awful I feel and trying to change negative thoughts/feelings into positive.
Not always possible.
Huge things going on at the moment.
Had a terrible nightmare 2am, was terrified to go back to sleep. You know the feeling. 😮😣😨

morning everyone
so yesterday i didnt have such a good day.
i did something that i shouldnt have done
all because of my mum again, she basically told me that she doesnt want to come around here to see me. but then i found out she went and spent the whole day with my sister who lives 45 minutes away and i only live 1 minutes down the road. it made me so upset.
she had the kids for the night the other night and she only walked them half way so she didnt have to come here to see me. it made me so angry.
im still really upset by it. she has been like this for just over a month now since i was in hospital.
i dont even know what i have done wrong

You sound like a great mum and you're doing well considering all the awful stuff you've been going through lately.
Probably doesn't seem like it, but you're doing good.
It's huge "stuff" what you've been through.

@Former-Membersorry to hear things are not good, everything you have written i can relate to so much, especially the nightmares. They are just so crippling and exhausting.
Not so good today, every day feels like hell and can't see it improving anytime soon.
Take care of yourself and here if you need someone to talk to
