I hate getting passed from one to the other and back again. Guess my problems are too big for them. I hate them too.

Hi @Nell the toughest time is when your waiting for meds to kick in. Once it has you will feel much better! You have been through this before and things will get better. When I get anxious I try to focus on my breathing by exhaling deeply first and then breathing slower thinking' breathe out' and 'breathe in' with each breath in and out. And when I think negatively, I repeat to myself firmly 'I love myself'. I hope it helps.

Hi @Jasminej, I have been going through this for quite awhile now. Not this bad before however. I take things minute by minute to try and get through each hour safely. What brings you to forum land? You don't have to answer that if you don't want to.

I thought morning would bring relief today. Relief that i made it through another (sleepless) night.

I have my kids at home @Former-Member so will take them out somewhere to get out of the house.
Its just my negative thoughts over riding everything at the moment which i have no control over.
