This is making my day worse im already an emotional wreck. Im extremely cautious on what i put here. Ive already been run into the ground by someone i trusted.

@Former-Member can you repost your post? It was very interesting and I'm proud of you for being honest with your psychiatrist. I know it's awful waiting for meds to make us feel better when we feel so bad, but you've made a good start today, and you'll soon be seeing the benefits
